- QUOTED DEFINED TERMS (highest priority for row-by-row consistency):
When a device, component, or technical noun appears in quotation marks in the source, it WILL be translated inconsistently across isolated rows (e.g. bull bar vs brush guard) unless locked in the dictionary.
Add one line per quoted term using the shortest form that actually recurs in row text:
  - Prefer the bare quoted term as source: "widget" → target equivalent
  - If rows use the term without quotes, use: widget → target equivalent
  - One line per term only — never both quoted and unquoted variants
  - Target: one target-language equivalent only — never list alternatives
  - Never use definitional wrapper phrases as source (not device called "widget", not term referred to as…)
  - Prefer bare quoted terms as source keys for a cleaner dictionary
- If a quoted term has multiple plausible target-language synonyms, pick the best single equivalent and lock it for the whole document
